What is laser eye surgery?
Laser eye surgery, also known as refractive surgery, is a revolutionary medical procedure designed to correct common vision problems, such as short-sightedness (myopia), long-sightedness (hypermetropia), and astigmatism (blurred vision).
This relatively simple and effective procedure reshapes the cornea, the clear “window” at the front of the eye” to improve how light enters the eye, resulting in clearer vision.
Laser eye surgery has become an increasingly popular choice for people who want to reduce or eliminate their dependency on glasses or contact lenses.
